" We have just completed a 6 month, entire house renovation with Fairbairn Builders. The whole journey has been a positive and smooth experience. From the moment we met Jamie last year, we knew he was the perfect fit for our job. Jamie is down to earth, realistic and straight up. He offered us ideas in the initial planning stages and was always available for advice once the reno was underway.
Jamie kept us well informed and was always only a text or phone call away. His team are highly organised and there was a well planned co-ordination of all tradies who came on site. "We have just had Fairbairn Builders back for the second time to complete further work on our property in Oropi. Having been extremely impressed with the extension they built for my parents back in 2016, we selected Jamie and his team again to completely renovate a large area in the centre of our house. The renovated area comprises two bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom, a main bathroom, living area and office. We are thrilled with the outcome. From an extremely ancient and run down looking structure, this area of our house now looks immaculate.

"Jamie and his team at Fairbairn Builders renovated our house between August and November 2016.
This was an extensive project that included cladding, joinery and a bit of a redesign and new fit out for the house that included a new kitchen, bathrooms, deck etc.
We appreciated Jamie’s honesty and knowledge of the industry at the quoting stage and throughout the process. He managed the build well and the project remained on time, largely due to his ability to coordinate and cajole a range of tradies on the site and the efforts of his team in working long hours and weekends at times. Jamie communicated with us throughout and liaised closely with the architect around small changes we requested. He remained approachable, kept us up to date on where they were at, and was happy to kick around concerns and look for solutions. Jamie followed up on a few matters after the main renovation was completed, including coming back to help us sort out some issues with an outdoor fire that was not his doing.
Our renovation was an expensive exercise however having now come out the other side we can say that we are really happy with the house and with the quality of workmanship."

We had an extension added to our farm house in Oropi, which enabled my parents
